This collector's dream piece features a well-preserved painting of a woman surrounded by a cluster of diamonds and topped with a crown design complete with the most rich-hued rubies to give this piece that certain je ne sais quoi. The entire piece consists of 52 small old cut diamonds and 3 small rubies set in silver and 14kt yellow gold.
